1. How does the subscription work?

When you subscribe, your delivery frequency matches the quantity you choose, so if you go with 1 Pack, it arrives every month, 2 Packs every 2 months, and 3 Packs every 3 months. Plus, every subscription comes with a 30% discount, free shipping, and a free mystery gift. 

2. Can I cancel the subscription anytime?

Yes, completely! You can cancel directly through your account portal whenever you feel like it, no questions asked. If you'd rather we handle it for you, just reach out to our support team and we'll take care of it straight away.

3. Does cancelling my order mean cancelling the subscription too? 

Not automatically, no. A refund only applies to that specific order, so your subscription will stay active unless you separately cancel it. If you'd like to cancel future deliveries as well, just let us know or head to your account portal and we'll sort it out!

4. Can I get my next order sooner, or skip a delivery if I'm not ready?

Absolutely! Head to your account portal and hit "Get Now" if you've run out early and want your next shipment right away, or "Skip" if you need a little more time before your next delivery. You're in full control.

5. Is the Snack Pack covered under the Pleasure Guarantee?

Lubes, oils, and accessories aren't covered under our Pleasure Guarantee Policy, but if you have any concerns about your order at all, please reach out to our support team and we'll do our best to make it right!

6. Can I return my Snack Pack if I change my mind?

You can return the lube as long as the shrink wrap is fully sealed and intact, and as long as it's within 30 days of your purchase. Once we receive it and check the condition, we'll issue you a full refund. Just get in touch with our team to get the process started!
